A Free Reverse Phone Lookup - Find Out Who Owns Any Number

By Glen Pearson

If you want to find out who the owner of a given telephone number is, you can do so by using a reverse phone lookup. It makes it very convenient to know the details using a phone number.

There are many reasons why you would use a reverse phone lookup. Some people get prank calls from anonymous persons harassing them, or maybe someone wants to research for details of missed call numbers that are not recorded in the phonebook.

In the past it wasn't easy finding this information. There wasn't any readily available database that you could search through.

In the modern times, Internet has made it easy to get any information on any listed/unlisted numbers and even cell phone numbers. Some companies work to compile huge databases with all the information on all most all existing telephone numbers.

The charge for this service is pretty cheap. We do want to show you a way that you can try to find the info for free though.

All you have to do is pull up Google on the computer and write the telephone number in quotes, like "222-222-2222". Now run a search and get the information you want.

It is possible to get the information this way because at some point, the telephone number might have been published. The person could have posted a classified ad or created some kind of profile page. Google will easily find the number if it has been on a web page. So you can get all the information you want, if this trick works.

If this doesn't work for you, a paid service will give you the person's full name and address and might also give you details about their background (address history, employment history etc).

Just a quick tip - find a company that offers unlimited reverse phone lookups. You can find companies that will bill you a one-time fee for as many searches as you want. It's a membership that lets you login whenever you want.

A reverse phone look up is a very useful facility that can be used in a number of situations.
