If you know that you won't need to make off the cuff calls then a reservation system shouldn't be a problem for you. #5. What is your connection rate? You need to know that you can actually physically make a conference call when you need to so ask how well their system works. The last thing you want here is a busy signal when you are trying to set up your call.

#6. How do you charge? Charging methods used here will vary from company to company and may also depend on other issues such as participant location and so on. So, you may be given the option of flat monthly fees, toll or toll free calls or set costs per minute of access.

#7. Do you offer a free trial? Many conference call companies will give you a free trial of one or more of their services. This is a good way of actually using the service to assess if it will meet your needs and if it actually works correctly.

#8. Do you offer any other benefits? The fact that there are so many conference call providers in the market means that many of them have to try harder to get your business. So, you may well find that companies in this sector will also offer a range of additional features and benefits that could be useful to you here such as web controls and management features.
